Davao City, Philippines - David Russell Cooper, 70, of Davao City, Philippines, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. He was born February 18, 1951 in Lafayette, Indiana to the late George R. and Helen E. (Conder) Cooper. David graduated from West Lafayette Senior High School in 1969.
Surviving are his brothers Steven R. and Thomas J. Cooper of Lafayette, IN; his son David Lane Cooper of San Diego, CA.; and two grandchildren Jabob Lane and Sarah Michelle Cooper. Dave was preceeded in death by his parents; sister Anne Elizabeth; wife Elvira S.; and ex-wife Shirley.
Services will be in Davao City, Philippines.
