Toby "TJ" LeBlanc Jr., beloved son, grandson, nephew, and friend, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the age of 18. He recently moved to Baton Rouge from Lafayette, IN after graduating from West Lafayette Junior/Senior High to attend LSU. He was studying Computer Science and was a Theta Chi. TJ was an amazing person who had a big heart for helping others. He was a teacher's assistant throughout high school and donated blood on a regular basis. TJ had a zest for life and was always full of energy and positivity. He was an exceptionally inclusive and accepting individual who never met a stranger. TJ had a kind and genuine soul, that often defended those in need and counseled the troubled. He loved spending time with his younger cousins and his friends. He had a love for humor, especially practical jokes, who liked skate boarding, fantasy football, LSU Tigers and the Saints. TJ is survived by loving parents, Nicole Parker LeBlanc and Toby M. LeBlanc, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Michael Parker, and Kathi and Rob Dallas; paternal grandparents, Mervin and Annie LeBlanc; long-time girlfriend, Julianna Holt; two aunts, Rebecca LeBlanc and Alyssa Parker; five uncles, Tim LeBlanc, Jeff LeBlanc, Jeremiah Harrison, Jacob Parker, and Andrew Platt; great grandparents, Dolly Parker, Charlie and Linda Knott, and Vivian Hebert; many great aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Wilton Hebert, Sr., Fred Parker, George LeBlanc, Sr., Noelie LeBlanc, and Roberta Knott. Visiting hours will be observed at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy, on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 9:00 am until service time. Funeral services will begin at 3:00 pm. Interment will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
