John S. Webster
John Shotwell Webster, 46, died of a heart attack Feb. 21 (note: 1989) in his home in Worthington, Minn.
He was district executive for Manitou District, Sioux Falls, S. D. Council of Boy Scouts of America.
Born April 15, 1942, in Lafayette, he graduated form West Lafayette High School and William Penn College. He had been an executive with the Boy Scouts in Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota the past 20 years.
Surviving are his wife, Linda A.; four children, Terry, Kimberly, Audrey and Tammy, all of Iowa; his parents, Merritt and Margaret Webster of West Lafayette; and two sisters, Anne Webster Weaver of York, Pa., and Edith Webster Shugarts of Libertyville, Ill.
