George Springmeyer

Born November 29, 1940.  In July, 1979 he learned that he suffered from a melanoma and received treatment at the Mayo Clinic.  He had a second occurrence of the cancer in 1982.  The side effects from the experimental drug Interferon ended his profession in the film and commercial television industry.  He never saw the two films he produced and co-produced.  He died in November, 1986.  His last known address was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

His first movie was "Hunter Blood", released in 1987.  The plot was about five "city boys" who traveled to the country to relax, do some hunting, drinking Budweiser, and generally having a good time.
